Laura currently serves as a Partner at SV LATAM Capital. Laura is passionate about economic, social, and environmental development in Latin America with a particular focus on social impact investing for small and medium-sized enterprises. Prior to Michigan, she worked in Costa Rica’s eco-tourism industry as a consultant in growth strategies for responsible businesses, a board member of conservation and development organizations, and as a founder of a microcredit revolving community fund.  Laura graduated from Lake Forest College and earned a BA in Physics and Spanish.
