Kathleen Carroll

Sustainability Consultant

PwC

Kathleen is interested in working within food systems supply chains to reduce their disproportionate impact on the health of communities and ecosystems. Before coming to the University of Michigan, Kathleen worked for four years in consulting and international finance policy. Her interest in food systems sustainability stemmed from time spent living in China and Taiwan, in areas with landscapes and air quality that underscored the environmental costs of human consumption. Kathleen graduated from Georgetown University with degrees in Chinese and English, and she enjoys running, travel, potlucks and amateur vegetable gardening.
