I’m passionate about the intersection of health/food, sustainability, and business. This year I co-founded Brassi, a cauliflower oatmeal company, which I am continuing to pursue while heading into consulting in Chicago. Outside of work, you can find me at the farmers market, on a hike, playing sports, or enjoying a good meal with friends!
