Shelly is interested in working with companies to identify and take advantage of opportunities to increase the sustainability of their business practices. Prior to Michigan, Shelly spent several years in alliance management and negotiation consulting at Vantage Partners in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she was instrumental in developing and implementing the firm’s core negotiation and relationship management methodologies, tools, and implementation vehicles. Shelly’s experience also includes facilitating public involvement at Superfund sites for a public affairs consulting firm in Washington, DC. Shelly graduated from Yale University in 1995 with a B.A. in Political Science and Studies in the Environment.
