Sharmane is interested in guiding businesses through regulatory complexities and identifying pathways for reducing environmental impact, with a focus on corporate sustainability. Prior to Erb, Sharmane spent 5 years overseeing both educational and environmental regulations in the Asia Pacific region as a government affairs professional at the LEGO Group. She holds a BA degree in Public Policy & Global Affairs from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
