Associate Field Manager

Bureau of Land Management, Bakersfield Field Office

Becca is currently the Associate Field Manager for the Bureau of Land Management’s Bakersfield Field Office, covering 650,000 acres of public land and over 1 million acres of Federal mineral estate across 8 counties in central California. In that capacity she manages a team that is responsible for environmental compliance in oil and gas permitting, recreation development, wilderness preservation, and endangered species conservation and protection. During her time at the Erb Institute, Becca was a Doris Duke Fellow, VP of Career and Professional Development for Net Impact, and was the founder of the EcoValuation Working Group. Following Erb, she became a Presidential Management Fellow with the US Forest Service before joining the Bureau of Land Management. Becca holds a BA in Biology and Environmental Studies from Oberlin College.
