Mindy is the senior manager of CSR at Panera Bread where she oversees the company’s sustainability and philanthropic initiatives. Prior to joining Panera, Mindy spent 15 years in various consulting roles with Environmental Resources Management, Cone Communications, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She also spent two years working for the USDA Forest Service. In addition to her Michigan degrees, Mindy received a BA in Russian Literature from Bowdoin College.
