Mike Buday currently serves as a Senior Solar Specialist at Mott MacDonald. Mike has worked in the solar industry for over a decade. He has advanced the development, construction and commissioning of over 1,000 MW of utility-scale PV projects on four continents in his current role as Project Manager and PV Specialist for RINA’s OST Energy. This follows several years of supporting the sale, permitting, design, installation and interconnection of residential rooftop systems. Buday has also taught renewable energy courses and conducted PV performance testing for a thin-film manufacturer. Before entering the Erb MBA/MS program, Mike served in the US Peace Corps as an IT advisor and volunteer mentor and he graduated Cum Laude from Kettering University (GMI) with a BS in Management Information Systems.
