Marshall leads BSR member relationships and development of company and industry-level sustainability initiatives in manufacturing, ICT and other sectors. He is also head of BSR’s work on company strategy and implementation for circular economy, supply chain climate resilience, and conflict minerals.

Prior to joining BSR, Marshall led the development of business services and partnerships as a fellow at the American Chamber of Commerce in Armenia.

While at Michigan, Marshall interned at Ford Motor Company and Environmental Defense Fund, and his previous experience includes managing environmental initiatives as a consultant to major real estate companies in the Washington, D.C. area, and service as a Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa.

Marshall has a degree in government and a minor in Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College.
