Laura Flanigan is a Business Advisory Services Consultant at Slalom Chicago, where she helps companies critically evaluate, execute, and realize their business strategies. Previously, Laura served as Director of Client Engagement at More from Less, driving value for retail companies by minimizing costs, improving brand performance, and reducing waste via improvements to the packaging supply chain. Prior to that, Laura served as VP of the Consumer Goods Sector at thinkstep, where she lead development, implementation and evaluation of customized strategies, frameworks and tools to help clients achieve their visions for sustainable products, business practices and operations.

Her projects have included the quantification and improvement of impacts related to consumer products and packaging, development of product sustainability frameworks and tools, and marketing of life cycle-based product claims.
