Lane is interested in helping both for-profit and non-profit firms leverage their existing resources to make a positive and lasting social and environmental impact. After graduating from the College of William and Mary with a dual-degree in English and Hispanic Studies, Lane worked for a content marketing firm in New York City for three years where she oversaw the execution of advocacy and awareness campaigns focused on social impact issues such as opioid addition and mental wellness. Lane then joined the American Psychological Association in 2017, where she established and oversaw their new Strategic Alliance Program. She is excited to take advantage of the myriad of incredible experiential learning opportunities available through the Erb program!
