Kelsie is majoring in Organizational and Environmental Studies while minoring in Spanish and Business. Throughout her coursework, she has learned the shortcomings of land policy, current business strategy, and equity within sustainability. These challenges has driven her career and personal interests within waste reduction and reuse, food and agriculture, along with value chains and packaging. Kelsie aspires to continuously learn through community outreach, traveling, and living as low-impact as possible. On campus, Kelsie is an athlete on the Women’s Ultimate Club Frisbee team, involved in the professional sustainability fraternity Theta Alpha Psi, Project Manager within Propel Business Club, and a Graham Sustainability Scholar.
