The Nature Conservancy
John joined The Nature Conservancy in 2016 to accelerate the use of capital markets for conservation in California. Prior to this role, John worked five years at Hewlett Packard, incubating and building new energy analytics businesses for electric utility clients in Europe and Asia. His earlier experience includes venture capital and clean technology startups, particularly in solar technology and carbon markets. John has an MBA /M.S. dual degree from the Erb Institute at the University of Michigan, and an ScB in Electrical Engineering from Brown University. He lives in Berkeley, California, with his wife and three daughters, and enjoys backpacking in the wilderness.
