David manages a finance team supporting Renewable Energy/CleanTech and Customer Service at Arizona Public Service (APS), a large southwest US utility. Prior positions at APS include managing a Transmission & Distribution Finance team as well as producing renewable energy studies on Net Metering, Distributed Solar value to the utility grid, and APS’s annual Renewable Implementation Plan.

Prior to entering the energy sector, David’s passion was in sustainable food systems. He updated a lifecycle analysis, developed the corporate sustainability strategy, and wrote an initial corporate sustainability report for Aurora Organic Dairy. He also modeled an organic farm concept for Stonyfield Farm, and during five years as legislative advisor to Wisconsin State Senators he wrote successful legislation called the Buy Local, Buy Wisconsin program.
