Colm is interested in finance, conservation and social impact and specifically how the convergence of these concepts can contribute to sustainable economic development and improvements in livelihoods and wellbeing at the base of the pyramid. Since coming to school he has been actively involved in social entrepreneurship, impact investing, case study development and curriculum design for Conservation Finance. He has also contributed to a volume of case studies in Socially Responsible Investing which is due out in Fall 2011. Colm spent 6 years with Accenture, a leading technology and management consulting firm. During this time he worked with clients in the financial services sector on process improvement and technology integration. Colm achieved his BA in Information and Communications Technology from Trinity College, Dublin.
