Chelsea holds a BA in International Studies from American University and began her career as a community organizer for energy justice and policy in Washington, D.C. With a passion for all things food and beverage, she dedicated 10 years to the world of cocktails and wine in both D.C. and California. Chelsea joins the Erb Institute driven by a commitment to creating more equitable and sustainable food systems.
