As a food scientist, I see immense opportunities to combine the technical aspects of the industry with the change potential of business practices to tackle the food waste challenges across the food supply chain. The Erb program is the ideal combination of both technical and business strategy skill sets to empower the next generation of socially responsible employees to spark real transformation across the sector. Personally, I am eager to continue my educational journey here at Michigan over the next three years.
