Carmen is currently the Associate Vice President of Strategy at TRC Companies, Inc. Previously, Karen had worked at EnerNOC, Inc and before EnerNOC, Carmen worked as a Regulatory and Policy Manager for Ecos Consulting. Ecos’ San Francisco office not only supports the energy efficiency program marketing and management that Ecos is known for, but the company is also expanding their practice areas to include services related to renewable energy and demand response resources as well as energy-environment issues (e.g. carbon dioxide regulation). Prior to Ecos Consulting Carmen was a Consultant at Energy and Environmental Economics (E3), a San Francisco-based consulting firm specializing in engineering and economic solutions for the electric industry.
