Aaron is passionate about how optimized design and logistics can be used to eliminate material and immaterial waste, particularly within food systems. Prior to Erb, he spent two years conducting applied research, focusing on technology promoting sustainable development in resource-limited communities. Aaron subsequently worked at Rubicon Technologies as a circular economy specialist, designing and implementing zero-waste programs for several Fortune 500 clients. Aaron spends much of his free time mountaineering, trail running, playing piano and exploring different fermentation techniques.
