Nardia’s research focused on organizational responses to global sustainability issues, such as climate change and the management of environmental commons. Nardia completed her Ph.D. in business management at the University of Queensland Business School, Brisbane, Australia (AACSB & EQUIS). Prior to this she worked as a business analyst in the IT industry; during which time she completed a Master of Technology Management and studied the affect of new information systems on organizational environmental impact.
