Doug is a student at the University of Michigan, focusing on sustainable systems. Doug joins The Erb Institute from Ashoka, where his work has included the design and implementation of leadership development initiatives for social entrepreneurs worldwide as well as leadership of Ashoka Changemakers. Doug has also developed national educational outreach programs for undermatched students, taught middle school math and science and produced training programs with other social innovators around the world about wellbeing and resilience in the social entrepreneurship space. In his free time, he enjoys being active in the outdoors and exploring the world with his partner, Meera. In addition, you will find him adventuring in nature, running and hiking and overall being present with loved ones. He’s very excited to learn, re-imagine, do, collaborate, and grow with the Erb community. Doug holds a B.S. in International Relations, Environment and Development from Boston University.
