Maureen is interested in the future of sustainability strategy in the private sector. She believes a significant impact can be made by engaging with private companies conducting business on a large scale to plan for long term, sustainble operations. Maureen works toward bolstering her business experience with coursework in environmental studies, policy analysis, strategy, and change management. Prior to Michigan, Maureen worked in private investment management and compliance for five and a half years at HighVista Strategies, an investment firm located in Boston. She received her BS in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland. In her free time Maureen enjoys watching and participating in sports, cooking, and traveling.
