Aaron currently is a Chief Administrative Officer at Wells Fargo. In this position, he is responsible for the development and execution of the strategic vision of the business. He leads a time of  20 with full responsibility over Strategy, Marketing, Communications, Commercial Excellence, CRM, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Market Research, Operational Integrations, and Premier Customer Engagements. Previously he served as a Senior Manager of the Global Sustainability Group for GE Real Estate where he was responsible for embedding sustainability into the GE Real Estate existing investment processes, from origination of investments to underwriting, due diligence and asset management in an effort to improve the environmental performance of all real estate assets. While at Michigan, he focused on entrepreneurship, real estate development, and urban sustainability. As part of his master’s project, Aaron worked with the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) to publish ‘Building Green for the Future: Case Studies of Sustainable Development in Michigan’, a comprehensive guidebook discussing the benefits of green development and targeted for real estate developers and policy makers throughout the state of Michigan. The project team earned several grants including a P3 grant from the Environmental Protection Agency and won the National Student Collaboration Award presented by the American Society of Landscape Architects. Prior to Michigan, Aaron co-founded Harris Brothers LLC, a mission-driven, real estate development/management company based in Chicago and focused on green building design and environmentally sensitive residential renovation projects. Aaron graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madision with a BA in Sociology (Honors) and a Certificate in Environmental Studies, and graduated from the University of Michigan with both an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business and an MS from the School of Natural Resources & Environment.
