Jessica Urdangarin is a Senior Consultant at BrownFlynn, a corporate sustainability and governance consulting firm. In this role, she leads client materiality assessments, helps clients set sustainability goals, and develops sustainability reports. Prior to BrownFlynn, Jessica was the Vice President of Strategy, Planning & Analysis at the Harvard Drug Group, a generics pharmaceutical manufacturer. At Root Inc., Jessica consulted with dozens of companies in the pharmaceutical, consumer products, manufacturing, and energy sectors. She worked with several executive teams to help them align and clarify strategies and prioritize initiatives, and developed tools to engage employees at all levels to actively contribute to strategy implementation. Jessica graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and received her MBA with Distinction.
