Alan is currently a Sustainability Consultant at Pure Strategies.

Prior to Pure Strategies, Alan was the President of Phipps Associates, Inc., an environmental strategy and performance consulting firm based in Massachusetts. Before founding Phipps Associates, Alan was a Policy Analyst at the Product Stewardship Institute at UMass, where he focused on product stewardship of electronics.
