John is the Chief Operating Officer of Functional Fluidics, a company committed to developing novel devices and protocols to address the need for measuring thrombosis and adhesion formation in whole blood under pulsatile flow. Previously, John worked at Innoventures, a product and business development firm dedicated to bridging the gap between research and business to quickly bring beneficial products and services to market. Innoventures flagship businesses include Arbor Insulation – a spray foam insulation installer for residential and commercial construction, and Rapid BioSense – an early stage biosensor technology for bacteria & viruses. Prior, John worked as a Senior Technology Licensing Specialist with the University of Michigan’s Technology Transfer Office.
