Malavika is passionate about the intersection of business, sustainability, and policy. At the University of Michigan, she is studying the environmental implications of business practices and how to make them more sustainable. On campus, she’s apart of Impact Investing Group, through which she is able to help close the micro-business gap that exists in Southeast Michigan. This summer, she’s working with the +Impact Studio for Local Business on the Detroit Neighborhood Entrepreneurs Project to find scalable solutions that help local, small businesses. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog and taking long walks with her friends.
