The Erb dual-degree program pairs an MBA from the Ross School of Business with a Master of Science from the School for Environment and Sustainability (SEAS)—equipping you to lead at the intersection of business strategy and real-world environmental impact. Most students complete the program in 2.5 to 3 years, with flexibility to shape the pace around your goals.

At Ross, you'll build a rigorous foundation in core business disciplines, then make it your own through electives and action-based learning that puts classroom theory to work on real challenges.

At SEAS, you'll choose one of seven specializations to develop deep expertise in the sustainability domain that matters most to you:

Beyond the classroom, you'll complete two internships to test different industries and roles — and kick off your experience with Erb on the Road, a field-based course that immerses incoming students in sustainability in practice at the beginning of their Erb experience.
