Establishing yourself and navigating the MBA program environment can be a daunting challenge for anyone, but I credit the Erb community for making my transition so successful. Each class is filled with smart, thoughtful and genuinely fun people who are dedicated to paying it forward and supporting those who come behind them. I have built friendships and found mentors within the Erb program, and I hope to play the same role for others going forward.
