I’m grateful for the growth and opportunities the Erb Institute has given me over the past few years. Throughout the Erb Fellows program, I challenged myself to engage with the real-world complexities of business sustainability and grow as a solutions-driven leader. In courses like STRAT 400 with Professor Andy Hoffman, I learned to question traditional business strategy and collaborate with peers to build a more sustainable future. As I prepare to graduate, I’m especially thankful for the interactions, opportunities, and friendships that defined my Erb experience.
