Wendy Palomino

Wendy Palomino ’28 (SAB VP of International Students and AmbassadErb) is passionate about leveraging ESG and sustainability to drive corporate strategy and create positive impact. Prior to joining Erb, she worked for over seven years in corporate sustainability teams across healthcare and insurance companies in Latin America.

During her first internship in the U.S., Wendy had the opportunity to work at the intersection of operations, supply chain, and sustainability, supporting projects across the manufacturing and fashion industries. This experience sparked her interest in sustainable operations and led her to pursue the Tauber Institute’s Global Operations program as part of her graduate education.

Wendy holds a BS in Communication for Development from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. At Michigan, she is pursuing a dual MBA/MS in Sustainable Systems and serves as SAB VP of International Students and an AmbassadErb. Outside of school, she enjoys cooking, dancing, and traveling whenever she can.
