Fellows VP of Community & Engagement

Theo Fortescue

Theo Fortescue, graduating in 2028 is pursuing a degree in the Program in the Environment, along with a minor in Business. Theo hopes to combine these two fields to advance sustainability in the corporate sector; he is particularly interested in effective emission reduction strategies. He currently works as the VP of Community and Inclusion on the Erb Fellows Council.

This past summer, Theo worked at roam&root, a travel startup based in Cape Town, South Africa, where he partnered with the founder on affiliate growth and marketing strategy. He also previously interned at Carbon Direct, a carbon management firm, where his research contributed to published client work and gave him early experience in environmental consulting.

Around campus, Theo is involved with Net Impact Undergrad, a sustainability and social impact consulting club, and the Michigan Collegiate Investing Club. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking, staying active, and films.
