Shameem Banos

I’m a sustainability and development professional with a background in social sciences, climate finance, environmental policy, and project management. I am currently pursuing an MS in Sustainability and Development at the University of Michigan, alongside an MBA through the Ross School of Business and Erb Institute. I hold a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi.

My work and academic experiences have focused on sustainability, development, and community impact, with a particular interest in how business, policy, and innovation can come together to address complex environmental and social challenges. I bring a collaborative, systems-oriented approach to problem-solving and am passionate about developing practical, inclusive, and sustainable solutions that create meaningful impact.
