Diego Fernandez

Diego Fernandez has a background in industrial engineering and environmental engineering, and currently as MBA/MS is focused on Sustainable Systems at SEAS. He has over seven years working across the public sector in Chile (Ministry of Environment and UN), climate change consulting firm, and as head of sustainability at Chile's largest electric transmission utility. These experiences strengthened his commitment to addressing climate change through practical, scalable solutions and motivated him to return to school to deepen his sustainability expertise and is also interested in connecting sustainability strategy with business leadership. A Dow Sustainability Masters Fellow and Environmental Defense Fund Climate Corps Fellow, he is interested in explore roles in impact investing.
