Christine Yan

Christine is focused on how policy can be used as a tool to shape capital markets — steering the finance needed to address the climate crisis.

Before Erb, she worked in Rhodium Group's Energy & Climate practice, researching global battery and critical minerals markets, tracking how policy shifts reshape supply chains and investment flows. Earlier, she worked in the State Department's climate negotiations office, representing the United States at COP 29, and as a Director's Financial Analyst Fellow at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, working on climate-related financial risk, fair lending, and consumer data access rights.

Outside of class, she runs (inspired by her marathon-running parents), peruses the local farmers markets in search of recipe inspiration, and loves to try anything crafty!
