Caroline Hubbard

Caroline Hubbard '28 (SAB VP of Communications and AmbassadErb) is an outdoor enthusiast driven to integrate environmental and social sustainability into business strategy and innovation.

Before joining the Erb Institute, she worked as a management and implementation consultant, where she learned the value of empowering diverse voices and leveraging cross-functional collaboration to improve business outcomes. Outside of work, she spent her free time hiking, skiing, rock climbing, and backpacking through the Rocky Mountains in her home state of Colorado and road-tripping across the American West to visit national parks.

Caroline looks forward to collaborating with business leaders to build a more inclusive, globally connected, and sustainable future.
