Caroline Hubbard

Caroline is an MS/MBA candidate in the class of 2028 at the University of Michigan’s Erb Institute, where she is pursuing graduate degrees in business and sustainable systems. She is passionate about the intersection of food, business, and sustainability and believes that business plays an essential role in driving systemic change. She is particularly interested in combining consumer insights, market strategy, and sustainable innovation to make sustainable food products more accessible and appealing to consumers.

Before graduate school, Caroline spent five years in management consulting, where she helped large organizations navigate complex, cross-functional initiatives and bring strategic ideas to life. She is excited to apply this experience to sustainability challenges and explore how business can serve as a catalyst for positive environmental change.

Outside of the classroom, Caroline loves spending time outdoors. She enjoys hiking, rock climbing, backpacking, skiing, and exploring new places with family and friends.
