Melissa came to Michigan Ross – and the Midwest – in 2022 and is ecstatic to be a part of the Erb Institute team! Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and an alumna of Saint Mary’s College, Melissa began her career in independent K-12 education, where she worked across multiple realms, including admissions, operations, advancement, and parent/family relations. She then transitioned to the graduate admissions space, where she previously worked in the Full-Time MBA Admissions department at Ross, leading major in-person events, evaluating applications, and partnering with the Forte Foundation. Melissa leads with a passion for leveraging creativity and collaboration to foster a strong student-centered experience, and she looks forward to bringing this enthusiasm to Erb. In her spare time, Melissa loves any activity outdoors (any season!), watching football, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
