Carmen Quinonez

Carmen Quinonez is the Director of Programs at the Erb Institute, where she leads the Institute’s marketing, communications, and brand strategy, oversees student programs and daily operations, and contributes to overall Institute strategy in collaboration with the Managing and Faculty Directors.

Carmen joined the Erb Institute in 2017 as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator and has since held several leadership roles, including Marketing and Communications Manager and Associate Director. In 2020, she also served as Interim Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Ross School of Business.

Before joining Erb, Carmen worked in the tech and media startup space in Los Angeles, with two companies acquired by Blue Ant Media and Disney, respectively. She began her career in the music industry at Atlantic Records in A&R and marketing.
