Tobin is committed to driving the acceleration of the global transition towards a renewable energy economy. At the University of Michigan, he obtained a strong foundational knowledge in environmental science and has since found his niche within the intersection of business and sustainability, majoring in the Program in the Environment (PitE) and minoring in the Ross School of Business. In addition to his role as an Erb Undergraduate Fellow, Tobin was President of a club on campus called 3 Degrees which focuses on bringing zero-waste solutions to residential communities on campus, worked 4 years at optiMize (UM’s largest social innovation incubator), and was a Graham Sustainability Scholar. In the fall of 2023, he will continue his mission to transition our energy industry from fossil fuel reliance to renewable energy solutions at Satori Energy as an Energy Analyst in Chicago, IL.
