Sean is Director of Global M&A Strategy for Mondelez International, a $30 billion consumer good company in Chicago. Prior to joining Mondelez, Sean was a Principal in the Chicago office of The Boston Consulting Group, where his clients were predominantly in consumer packaged food and beverages. As a member of BCG’s sustainability practice, his casework included analyzing the resource impact of the apid rise of the global middle class on consumer goods companies. Before joining the Erb program, Sean was a foreign aid consultant, advising U.S. government project staff in Indonesia, Peru, the Philippines, and Zambia, and before that, he worked for CNN in Germany and for a newspaper in Austria. He also holds an MA in international relations from the University of Bath, England, and a BA in journalism and political science from Miami University, Ohio.
