Sara wants to solve problems that are hindering the development of renewable energy sources. She is currently a Project Manager for renewable power projects at Ulteig in Denver. Before joining Ulteig, Sara spent three years with SunEdison as a rotational program associate and an Operations Project Manager, managing the construction phase of a 24MW solar project in southern California. In SunEdison’s Solar Leadership Program, she helped create the program and rotated through four diverse areas of the company: Utility Origination, Government Affairs, Canada Operations, and Corporate Organizational Development. In the summer of 2011, Sara worked for GE’s Renewable Energy Leadership Program to examine how GE could use its technical expertise and network to address wind power siting issues. For her Master’s Project, she worked with Axio Power to quantify external benefits of renewable energy and develop a framework to communicate these benefits effectively. Before joining Erb, Sara worked on energy, environmental, and natural resources public policy for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and government relations firm Cassidy & Associates in Washington, D.C. Sara holds a B.A. in American Studies from Georgetown University.
