Rudy currently works as a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Rudy’s interests lie at the intersection of corporate strategy, sustainability, and innovation. He believes that sustainability and social issues are key sources of innovation and strategic advantage for businesses to create value for the company’s stakeholders. His passion for building diverse relationships, analyzing situations from varied perspectives and applying creative skills to develop solutions and communicate these to stakeholders, led him to the MBA/MS dual degree.

Prior to graduate school, Rudy worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 7 years, gaining valuable experience and knowledge as a consultant to clients on managing complex organizational transformations. His primary focus was on designing innovative approaches for strategic communications, implementing comprehensive change management initiatives, and improving leadership and employee engagement. He holds a B.Sc. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, with dual-concentrations in Strategic Management and Accounting, and a minor in Cultural Anthropology. Rudy is a passionate scuba diver and nature photographer, who also enjoys tennis, hiking, exploring world cultures, fishing, and reading about creativity and leadership.
