Naomi Barker
MBA/MS Class of 2022
Naomi is passionate about the intersection between transparency, equity, sustainability, and transformational change within businesses. Prior to joining the Erb Institute, Naomi spent six years with international environmental nonprofits working primarily in governance, strategic development, and program implementation. Since joining Erb, Naomi has been selected as a Dow Sustainability Fellow, a Board Fellow for NEW Solutions for Nonprofits, and a Fair Labor Association Student Representative. She also serves as the VP of Internal Affairs for SEAS Student Government, a Director of Alumni for the Erb Student Advisory Board, and an AVP of Ideation for Design+Business. During the summer of 2020, Naomi worked as a Sustainable Markets Fellow for HRH Prince of Wales’ Sustainable Markets Initiative, where she developed a Theory of Change for SMI’s short- and long-term strategy.
Naomi holds a BA in Philosophy and Anthropology from American University in Washington, DC and enjoys cooking, yoga, reading, and building her vinyl record collection in her free time.
