Erb Institute | Business for Sustainability

Molly is interested in working with companies to make their supply chains more sustainable, both from an environmental and a social perspective. She comes to Ross and SEAS with roughly a decade of experience within the realm of migration and human rights, having conducted research on sub-Saharan migrants’ integration in Morocco through a Fulbright scholarship and having worked with a small non-profit that assists permanent residents achieve their dream of becoming U.S. citizens, amongst other ventures. After years of careful consideration, Molly realized she needed to pivot her career to address what she sees as the greatest challenge of her generation: climate change and the pollution associated with our consumption-focused lifestyles. She is particularly interested in the lifecycle of our ‘stuff,’ from fashion to food to consumer packaged goods. How was it made? Who made it? What are the implications in its disposal? These are some of the questions and challenges Molly hopes to address through her career.
