Martin is interested in sustainable corporate development. His interests are in the design and execution of corporate strategies for attaining sustainability objectives, and in reduction of corporate footprint on the environment. During his most recent summer internship Martin worked for Medtronic in Minneapolis, where he led a Kaizen workshop for managers from Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management global supply chain facilities. He initiated process improvement by designing a year-long project plan for dashboard and scorecard development, and implementing a prototype with key performance indicators and status metrics. During his first summer internship he worked as a Tauber Institute for Global Operations Fellow in Amman, Jordan. Prior to Business School he was employed by UnitedHealth Group and Accenture where he ran system integration projects. Martin also holds a MS degree in Software Engineering.
