Mallory is interested in finding market solutions for social and environmental challenges. She has interest and experience working in energy, food systems, and supply chain for both for-profit companies and global NGOs. Before Erb, Mallory graduated with a BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois and subsequently worked at public university as a Scientific Lab Manager, overseeing the operations and grants management of a developmental physiology research lab. In her free time, Mallory enjoys spending time with friends and family, enjoying craft beer, and hiking up mountains.
