Kelly is passionate about working to create a more sustainable and just food system and is looking forward to working within the private sector, specifically CPG, to help scale sustainability solutions. Prior to Erb, Kelly worked for five years in consumer insights and market research consulting where she learned the importance of tailoring communication messaging, understanding consumer behaviors and attitudes, and leveraging both to inform broader brand strategy. She hopes to build on these fundamental skills through Erb and to wield those tools to help further sustainability within organizations and for consumers.
Kelly holds a BS in Environmental Studies and Biopsychology from Tufts University. Outside of work she loves to garden and go to her local farmers market and explore the outdoors by hiking and running.
