Kate Napolitan is currently on sabbatical. Prior to this time, Kate spent 8 years serving in various marketing roles at Eaton Corporation, a global diversified industrial manufacturer. Prior to joining Eaton, Kate spent almost 10 years working on assignments around resource efficiency and process streamlining, environmental regulatory compliance and sustainability measurement tools for Rocky Mountain Institute, Environmental Resources Management (ERM), and Meaden & Moore Management Consulting. Napolitan holds postgraduate degrees in business and environmental science from University of Michigan’s Erb Institute for Global Sustainable Enterprise and a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering also from the University of Michigan.
