Kaitlyn is interested in better business initiatives, particularly within consulting and internal corporate strategy functions. Prior to joining the Erb community, Kaitlyn spent 3 years working as an environmental consultant and project manager on Hurricane Sandy Relief and Resiliency projects. She has also empowered sales and commercial teams at a plastics manufacturing company to utilize sustainable value propositions to improve the competitive differentiation of the company. Kaitlyn has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from New York University with a minor in Business Administration, as well as a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in sustainable systems from the University of Michigan.
