Jill graduated from the Erb Institute for Global Sustainable Enterprise in 2015, where she focused on exploring the intersection of business, strategy, and sustainability. She is currently a Senior Consultant at Root Inc, a company that specializes in helping companies execute strategies and organizational change through the power of people.

Jill received her BA from Northwestern University in 2008 in cultural Anthropology. She has additional experience in outreach and communications in the non-profit sector, and in qualitative market research at a small design research firm in Chicago. Her background in Anthropology, communications, and market research complement her interest in exploring the role of business in influencing a positive change in people’s behaviors and attitudes toward the environment. In her free time, Jill enjoys rock climbing, running, playing the cello, and spending as much time outside as possible.
